I’m unable to get into the website. What can I do?
You can access the site using a different browser, or check that the PC and operating system you’re using does not have any access restrictions in place.
I cannot log in. What can I do?
You may have used a different email address to the one used when registering, or you may have typed the wrong password. It is in any case possible to request your password using the link “Request password”. You will receive an email containing the password.
I’m unable to reply to a job advertisement. What can I do?
The file size of the CV you uploaded may be too large, or the CV may be in a format that is not supported. Alternatively, you may already have applied for the particular position.
How can I reply to a job advertisement?
Click the link “submit candidacy” at the foot of the advertisement.
How can I submit my details without reference to any particular job advertisement?
You can register with the site by clicking “Register” in the blue box you can see on the left of your browser screen. Your profile will be recorded in our database, and be available to all our consultants.
Can I have an email address to which I can send my CV?
No, we only accept applications through the Intermedia Selection website.
Can I upload a letter of presentation?
Yes, in the “Candidates Area” you will see a section marked “my CVs”, where you may upload your letter of presentation using the relevant form.
How can I tell whether a particular search has been closed?
The search should be considered to be active for as long as the advertisement is present on our website.
How can I check whether my CV is in your database?
If you access our website with your credentials you may check and update the information held in our database.
Have you forgotten your password?
It is possible to request your password using the link “Request password”. You will receive an email containing the password.
The system is showing error messages; whom can I contact?
Send a message using the form present in the website’s “contacts” section, specifying the nature of the problem or the error message seen in the body of the message.
