 The services offered by the Practice include:

• Selections assessment of new and Junior Professionals;
• Individual assessment based on the decisions taken by the client during the final phase of selection, directed towards middle-management and professional profiles;
• Individual development and development centre assessments of a target of middle-management, professional and executive profiles, the latter taking place in cooperation with Key2People Assessors.

The Assessment team, which holds SHL certification for the administering of the tests and the reporting of the results, has developed solid experience in the planning and management of complex processes and in preparing the exercises.
