We began as a small firm made up of a nucleus of just four people. Today we operate through a team of 30 professionals, in a company structure that employs more than 80 resources at group level.
Each of our consultants has acquired broad knowledge of one or more industries or business functions by gaining experience in prestigious corporations and head hunting or expert recruiting firms.
Each recruiting project is assigned to a team chosen on the basis of their specific competencies, generally made up of a practice leader, a consultant and a researcher. The members of the team place their own experience of the industry and knowledge of the issues, areas and professional profiles at the client's disposal.
Communication, collaboration and the ability to make up part of a team are characteristics which, together with fast action and professionalism, set our approach apart from the rest, both in identifying and sharing project goals and in the day-to-day running of operations.
As regards the ICT and Fashion & Luxury practices, highly specialised intercompany teams have been created with Intermedia Selection and Key2People staff
The Intermedia Selection team is guided by two Partners, who work directly on the projects, each handling one or more company practice. They unite enthusiasm and determination with vertical competencies within the reference industries and key managerial experience gained in heterogeneous environments.
