In order to achieve this goal, we often it consider essential to meet with both the Human Resources department and the Management directly involved in the project, to give them the opportunity to specify in detail all the aspects necessary for successful recruitment.

 

We select the team to follow the project on the basis of specific competencies and personal characteristics, offering the client the most targeted recruiting strategies. Our approach, which is often oriented towards head hunting, sets us apart in terms of history, experience and skills. Our consultants have an excellent command of this methodology, including the effective management of the applicant motivation process, which can be complex.

 

The applicants we contact are generally selected by means of an individual interview. Our clients are kept constantly up to date on the activities carried out, time-scales and results. We support both client and applicant throughout the course of the profiling interviews, right up to the formalisation of the agreement, offering our consulting services for the definition of the financial package or, if required, managing the entire negotiation phase.

 

We do not consider our role complete upon formal contract closure. We remain present in order to facilitate introduction into the workplace and guarantee the highest quality and essential satisfaction of both client and applicant.
