Selection process stages
 
Once you have responded to one of our advertisements or sent your curriculum vitae spontaneously, your application is automatically included in our database and evaluated by our consultants.
Initial contact from our staff is generally made by telephone in order to check the suitability of your profile for existing opportunities and the interest of both parties in proceeding with the selection process. Following the first contact by telephone, a meeting takes place with the consultant managing the project, during which you will have the chance to demonstrate your skills and expectations better and receive all the information you need to allow you to evaluate the opportunity in detail.
The interview, which is generally carried out on the basis of a definite opportunity, is in any case a useful opportunity to discuss the industry you work in with a consultant that knows it well, apart from being a chance to establish a contact to be maintained in the future.
All the information that you provide during the interview is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
As you proceed in the selection process with our client, you will find that Intermedia consultants are always happy to help. They will be right behind you throughout the various interview phases, collecting your impressions, giving you advice and paying attention to the client's feedback to keep you up to date, right up until accompanying you in the introduction phase within the company itself.
